Deliverance
Malbec
Tasting Notes:
Deep garnet in color, the Deliverance Malbec opens with expressive aromas of blackberry, ripe plum, and dark cherry layered with notes of baking spice, cocoa, and a subtle hint of toasted vanilla. On the palate, rich black fruit flavors are framed by supple tannins and nuanced oak influence from 18 months in American oak barrels. Hints of clove, cedar, espresso, and sweet tobacco emerge through the mid-palate, leading to a long, structured finish with touches of mocha and dark spice.
Elegant enough for special occasions yet approachable in its youth, this wine pairs beautifully with grilled steaks, smoked brisket, braised short ribs, and aged cheeses.
