The Canons Regular of St. John Cantius, founded in 1998, is a religious community of men, dedicated to "Restoring the Sacred" through the reverent celebration of the liturgy and the preservation of the Church's rich traditions in art, music, and devotions. Living in community under the vows of poverty, chastity, and obedience, they serve in parish ministry making available to the faithful the heritage of the Church in all their forms and splendor. Their mission is to help Catholics rediscover a deep sense of the sacred, drawing all closer to Christ through the beauty and solemnity of the Church's liturgical heritage.
